this guy is just some lunatic who is so in love with sudais he might even think he is holy or something which is obviusly wrong but might be the reason he ran to touch him. but peple just jumped to an assasination attempt. i mean, what would he kill him with?
It's Sheikh Shuraim. But normal people don't go towards a Haram Imaam during the salaah. It's easy to shake their hands after salaah as they walk out, and anybody in love with the imaams know that... :/

You can't really tell if it's Sheikh Sudais or Sheikh Shuraim.
